ICS (Information Creation Services) is a community built from the foundations of a former Canadian-based IT services company known as “iCreate Services”.

ICS has a dedicated team of specialists who have spent years developing their skills in business process outsourcing solutions and are proficient with the technologies that are used within the automation process and they use them technologies to transform processes that are usually heavily labour-intensive, streamlining services and turning under-performing operations into effective ones.
Community based on industry contributions
One of our main aims for this website was to create a community for our users, providing them with a mega-database of business processes, practices and procedures that we have amassed over our years within the industry and allowed other people and businesses to share their contributions to the industry.
What We Offer
We believe that these resources should be open and available to everyone and we also aim to provide additional resources within the community which can potentially help with an array of different aspects in business ranging from operational procedures and process flow charts, to revolutionary business tutorials and step-by-step guides helping you fine-tune your knowledge and practice.

Help the community
ICS is a non-profit community that provides resources, guides and discussions about industry-changing business process automation software, we will always be a free-to-join community and no user will ever be charged for any resources provided and in such, we’re asking for our users to contribute to the running costs of our community. You can contribute as much or as little as you would like. All proceeds donated go towards the development and maintenance of this website.
